Peraturan tersebut adalah PP Nomor 5 Tahun 2024 dan Perpres Nomor 11 Tahun 2024.
Ditetapkan dalam 2 peraturan tersebut besaran gaji PNS dan PPPK bukan September hingga bulan Desember 2025 ini rinciannya sebagai berikut:
